Kim is a Psychology Board of Australia approved clinical supervisor. She has supervised a number of experienced clinical psychologists at the Royal Children's Hospital as well as psychologist registrars.
Her current role at the Royal Children's Hospital has included the development of a registrar program within medical teams.
